Short Bio:
Dreaming Hour is a musical project created by AnnD.B., a new artist from Phoenix, Arizona. Her love of turntables and mixing flourished into a desire to create her own music, and the result is music created for those transitional moments between nightfall and sleep. The music sits between dream pop, synth, and layered, nocturnal electronica, with hazy melodies, analog glow, and songs that stay catchy, patient and dense without rushing the journey. The music is vocal forward, studio-layered, atmospheric, vibey, midtempo, and built to take you somewhere without raising its voice; late-night electronica songwriting with music that lingers beyond the last note.
Long bio:
Dreaming Hour started as a project to fill a personal void that was still unexperienced in the musical world. A way to create something new, original, unique and authentic; to create something that felt as though it was missing, yet necessary. This project is built in the studio, not on the stage. Pieces begin as original mixes; long enough to change the room, structured enough to hold a melody. Upcoming songs come out of that same world.
Influences sit in dream pop, synth, layered and nocturnal electronica, but the aim is simple: music you can work to, drive to, or listen to when the noise of the world drops out and the house gets quiet. AnnD.B. records Dreaming Hour in Phoenix, Arizona. There are no live dates planned. New music will be released here and on all streaming platforms.
